May 2, 2019– SEALY, TX – In celebration of the 11th annual Sealybration, the Sealy Community Foundation has planned a party for everyone, with new entertainers, the addition of Gator Country’s Traveling Gator Show, our popular softball tournament, as well as the return of big events like the IBCA-sanctioned BBQ cook-off and VIP Experience, and much more. The patriotic, family-friendly event will be held July 12-14, 2019, at Sealy’s B&PW Park.
In the 11 years since the Sealy Community Foundation began organizing Sealybration, countless hours by volunteers have been spent to pull off this now three-day-long event that attracts visitors from all over. During this time, the Sealy Community Foundation has given over $100,000 in scholarships to 125 students and donations to many non-profits.
“It’s has been an amazing 11 years of Sealybration,” said Melanie Willingham, President of the Sealy Community Foundation. “Looking back, we’ve met our goal each year to create an event that has something for everyone to enjoy while also giving back to our Sealy community that we love so much. A major goal is to add a new feature every year to the weekend with this year addition being Gator Country’s traveling Gator Show!”
